Paul Ngend
Club Founder & Technical Director

Coach Paul has been training and coaching professionally in the DMV area for the past 25 years.  As one of NPC's founders, Coach Paul's expertise and proven ability to teach the fundamentals of soccer is unparalleled.

He has a 10 year professional playing career.  Paul attended soccer school in France, then played professionally in his native country of Cameroon, Gabon, Peru, and for the Washington International Soccer League.

The list of professional players he has developed exceeds 50 and continues to grow with current professional players.

Walter Bartlotti
Technical Director -
Inernational Coach

Coach Walter is one of the founding partners of NPC Futsal. He is currently the Head Coach at FACT Futsal in Belgium. Prior to that, Coach Walter was the Head Coach of Redstar La Louviere Futsal Club. 

He has been playing and coaching futsal for the past 25 years at the highest level in Belgium, bringing an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. 

Coach Walter visits the DMV area several times per year to conduct training with NPC Futsal players. 

Samuel Mozart Edoung-Biyo LeBrave

Coach Sam has been working with NPC Fútbol and Futsal and NPC Soccer for more than eight years. He played collegiate soccer at Sewanee University, receiving the All-Conference First Team Award two years in a row. 

Coach Sam was striker for the Rochester Rhinos, a historic professional club in USL and a second division league in the U.S. He also spent some time playing soccer in France. He has served as the Head Soccer Coach for Empire United Soccer Academy in Rochester, NY where he coached players ages 3 - 7 and 10 - 17. 

Saverio Vitelli
International Coach
Coach Saverio started playing professional futsal at the age of 16 for Excelsiour MOUSCRON and later went on to play for RRCP MOUSCRON-Peruiwelz in Belgium
 
​He has played for Division 1 teams in Switzerland and Germany, including FC Kaiserlautern. Coach Saverio has played in 180 Division 1 matches in Europe, 24 European Cup matches, 9 Champions League matches and several other high level matches. 
Andrea Urbisaglia
  • Selected as the best young player in Italy, 1995

  • Selected for the Italian Best Ideal Team (All-stars in American equivalent), 1996 and 1997

  • Pre-season with Caja San Fernando Jerez (Spain), a Division de Honor Futsal team 1999

  • International tournaments in Russia & Portugal, 2003/2004

  • League Championships in Italian leagues U18, U21, Series C1, Series B, Series A1, and Spanish Regional League

  • Won the Italy Cup while playing in league Series A1

  • Coached a team in Italy through promotion from Series C to within 2 points of playoffs for promotion to series A

  • Coached Spanish team to the title of Best Defense in all of Spain

  • Collaborated with the US Men’s National Futsal Team in February 2021

  • Futsal Coaching Certifications:: Futsal Course Level 2 (Spain) and Supercorso Calcio a 5 - max level (Italy)

  • Speaks four languages, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and his native Italian.

Josselin Possian

Originally from Virgina, he earned MVP 3 years in HS Soccer, and led his team to 3 back to back championships. He also won State and Regional Championships as part of the VA ODP team in 2011-2012.  His career also included DC United Academy from 2009-2011.

In 2012 he took part in Nike's "The Chance" - a unique global talent search that gives amateur footballers a chance to prove themselves on an elite stage and go to the next level.  He placed number 2 in the entire United States, starting from local qualifying to the national finals.

He played professionally with Washington Elite FC in the WPL 2013, Third Tier club JA Drancy in France 2014, second division Auxerre in France 2015, then Asec Mimosas in the Ivory Coast 2016 - 2018.

He then moved to Spain, playing with Getafe reserves 2019- 2020, followed by one season with Darmstadt reserves in Germany 2020.
